Kids & babies really do live in a wonderful world of their own, which is why I decided they deserved their own gallery of images. Children are so full of awe, curiosity & giggles. Not to mention, they're almost always completely uninhibited. Which all adds up to the most pure & singular images a family photographer like me can offer.
As most parents are very much aware, this beautiful phase of childhood flies by so quickly. And if you're already thinking, "My baby is going to be too fussy for an hour long session," "My son can't hold still for more than 5 minutes," or "My little girl is so shy around strangers," have no fear! After being a professional photographer for so many years, I have countless tricks up my sleeves & top notch patience that allows me to welcome any personality into a session.
And truth be told, kids will be kids! If your child would rather pick flowers than smile at the camera, that may be more special of a photograph than the posed option. If your kiddo wants to race his sibling through tall grass, that photo might turn out to be more authentic than if I were to have them sit criss cross applesauce. In short, flexibility goes a long way when working with children. And let me tell you, no parent ever regrets having professional portraits of their newborns & children.
